: This study was approved by the Institutional Review Board A (IRB-A) of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. The principal investigators recruited all participants with detailed introductions regarding the purpose and content of this study. Adolescents were accompanied by their guardians, and at least one guardian’s signed informed consent was retrieved for each teenage participant. The signed informed consent forms from all adult participants were also collected before each interview. All participants were fully informed about the purpose and content of this study before providing their signed informed consent.
