: This study was conducted after obtaining approval from the Human Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine, Prince of Songkla University, Thailand (REC.63-384-18-1). All eligible individuals were provided information informing them of the objectives and procedures of the study before deciding whether to take part. Verbal informed consent was obtained from each participant before data collected using a structured questionnaire through self-administered or interview approach depending on the participant’s level of literacy.
