: This study was approved by the local ethics committee of Toros University (27/09/2023/92, Date/Number). Informed consent was obtained from all participants involved in the study. Participation was voluntary, and respondents were assured of their anonymity and the confidentiality of their responses. An officially assigned interpreter is at the center where the study was conducted. These interpreters are involved in all official procedures of the patients in the hospital. Therefore, the legal representation of illiterate persons is secured through official interpreters. This study was carried out per the content of the Declaration of Helsinki.
