: Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the Ethical Committee of the School of Medicine, University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (UNTH), Ituku-Ozalla, Enugu, Nigeria with reference number UNTH/HREC/2023/10/787. Confidentiality was maintained by removing any identifying information from the questionnaires and using unique codes for each participant.
