: The study was approved by the Columbia University Institutional Review Board (IRB). All procedures performed in this study were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional research committee. A waiver of written consent was approved by the IRB for study participants as the study was of minimal risk and involved no procedures for which written consent is normally required. Verbal assent was obtained from all participants prior to the study. In addition, a waiver of written informed consent from parents/caregivers was approved by the IRB. The study team used the passive parental consent (opt-out consent) model to obtain permission from parents and/or caregivers for their child to participate in the study.
