Data used in this study were obtained from the immunization information system and the National Notifiable Disease Surveillance System, and all data were unidentified. And the protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of Changzhou Institute for Advanced Study of Public Health, Nanjing Medical University, and it was found that utilization of disease surveillance did not require informed consent, and the need for informed consent was waived by the Ethics Committee of Changzhou Institute for Advanced Study of Public Health, Nanjing Medical University.
