Additionally, we received a letter of support from the Debre Tabor Town Health Office and Debre Tabor Comprehensive Specialized Hospital. Participants were provided with a comprehensive explanation of the study’s objectives, and written consent was obtained from each participant, ensuring their voluntary participation.
