: Our study was conducted in accordance with declaration of Helsinki. Ethical clearance was obtained from Wachemo University College of Medicine and Health sciences post graduate coordinators offices. Official support letter was given for each selected kebele found in the Hossana town. Oral informed consent was obtained from all randomly selected study participants for their volunteerisms to participant in the study. No personal identification of participants was recorded to ensure confidentiality.
