: The study was approved by Ethics Committee of Shanghai University of Sport (No. #2017037). All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. This study was carried out in compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki, the Ethical approvals are detailed in the Supplementary. Parents/guardians of the students participating in the study were provided with informed consent forms, and their consent was obtained for their children's participation.
