: The ethics committee of Tarbiat Modares University, Tehran, Iran (IR.MODARES.REC.1401.119) approved the study. The participants were explained about the objectives of the study and voluntary participation, and the confidentiality of the data was ensured. They were also assured that only the principal investigator and the study supervisor would have access to the raw interviews. All participants signed the informed consent form. Since one participant involved in the study was below 16, she was interviewed in the presence of her mother and she signed informed consent on behalf of her girl. We confirm that all methods were carried out in accordance with the Helsinki declaration.
