: This study has been conducted in compliance with the protocol and local authority standard operating procedures. The protocol is designed to ensure adherence with the ethical principles that have their origin in the Declaration of Helsinki. Therefore, ethical clearance was obtained from Mizan-Tepi University (MTU) Institutional Research Ethics Review Committee (IRERC) with Ref No: IRB/045/2023 on date: 17/06/2023. In addition, letter of support for all zones were obtained from research directorate office of Southwest Ethiopia Region Health Biroue (SWERHB) with a reference number RHB/2002/15 on date 10/10/2015 EC. Oral Informed consent were obtained from each interviewee for both quantitative and qualitative study. Privacy and confidentiality of information given by each respondent were kept properly. For those who were found having serious illness during the study period were linked to nearby health facility for further investigation and treatment.
