: This study involved human participants, and ethical clearance was obtained from the Makerere University College of Business and Management Sciences Research Ethics Committee (Reference: CoBAMS-REC-2023–14). Additionally, approval and registration were secured from the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (UNCST) (Reference: SIR254ES). Before data collection, participants were informed about the study’s objectives and their right to voluntary participation. All participants were informed about the study's confidentiality, anonymity, potential risks, harms, benefits, and implications before being asked to provide informed consent by signing the consent form. The collection, processing, analysis, and interpretation of data complied with the relevant guidelines and regulations in Uganda.This study received ethical clearance from the Makerere University College of Business and Management Sciences Research Ethics Committee, reference number CoBAMS-REC-2023–14, as well as approval and registration with the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (UNCST), reference number SIR254ES. A consent form that explained issues related to confidentiality, anonymity, risk, harm, benefits and losses was filled by participants upon accepting to be involved in the study. Human rights and welfare were taken care of and there was compliance to the guidelines, regulations, and laws of Uganda.
