: This study was conducted in accordance with the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki []. The data used in this study was obtained from the Yazd Shahedieh cohort, part of the PERSIAN Prospective Epidemiological Research Studies in Iran, a national research initiative overseen by the Ministry of Health of Iran. Informed consent was obtained from all participants at the time of data collection. Ethical approval for this study was granted by the Ethics Committee of Tehran University of Medical Sciences (Approval ID: IR.TUMS.SPH.REC.1397.289). In accordance with national regulations and the policies of the Institutional Review Board (IRB), the requirement for additional informed consent was waived, as this study involved secondary analysis of de-identified data. This waiver of consent was also approved by the Ethics Committee that granted the study’s ethical approval.
