: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Greenlandic Ethics Committee (2023–13243) and the Greenlandic Health Authorities. Patient consent was not obtained for this study due to the large scale of the register-based study, making it unfeasible. The Greenlandic Ethics Committee granted approval to waive patient consent as part of the above approval. Additionally, the disclosure of information from approved databases (e.g., CATCH) does not require patient consent according to Danish law (Team for Journal Data, Research Ethics, and Research Support, Center for Health, Denmark).
