: This study was approved by the Charles Darwin University Human Ethics Committee (CDU-HREC reference number H22057). This study was conducted in partnership with Universitas Tanjungpura and was approved by the Universitas Tanjunpura Human Health Ethical Committee (reference number 5990 /UN22.9/PG/2023). As this research was conducted in Indonesia, ethics was also approved by the Health Research Ethics Committee with the Indonesian National Research and Innovation Agency (NRIA reference number 022/KE.03/SK/03/2023). Informed written consent was obtained from the participants in this study. The participants were the household food preparers who recorded the information on behalf of all household members. All food preparers were adults over the age of 18. This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Helsinki Declaration of 1964 and its subsequent amendments.
