: This study was conducted in accordance with the declaration of Helsinki. The study was approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority on 22 July 2020 (Dnr 2019–03813 and Dnr 2020–03538). All participants received written information about the study procedures including data collection, evaluation, potential risks, and about their right to withdraw from the study at any time without implications. Informed consent for trial participation was collected from all participants. All participants were 15 years or older, and consent was not obtained from their guardians, which is in accordance with the Swedish Act 2003:460 regulating research involving humans ( and (In English)).
