Participants were informed about the purpose of the study, their right to withdraw at any time without consequence, and how their data would be used and protected. The consent form provided two options: permission for internal use only or for both internal and external use.
: Written informed consent for the publication of clinical details and/or clinical images was obtained from the parents or legal guardians of all participants.
