: This research was granted by the Demographic and Health Survey (DHS) program to collect Sierra Leone Demographic and Health Survey 2019 (SLDHS 2019) data. When dealing with respondents, high confidentiality was maintained. The ethical approval for SLDHS 2019 was obtained from The Sierra Leone Ethics and Scientific Review Committee, and the ICF Institutional Review Board reviewed and approved the survey protocol. When collecting data, informed consent was obtained from the respondents and ensured that the information would be kept confidential.
