: Ethical clearance was obtained from Injibara University College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Research Council members. The study followed ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki, ensuring that the study participants’ privileges, protection, and well-being were prioritized. Informed verbal consent was acquired from each study participant. They were fully cognizant regarding the study’s purpose and the processes included. The importance of the study was described, and all study participants confirmed their voluntary consent to participate. The consent process was approved by the research council members and waived as per the reference number “Injibara University Public Health Department 326/09,” dated December 26, 2022. Before conducting the interviews, participants were guaranteed that their participation was voluntary and confidential and that they could withdraw at any time without consequence.
