: The study was performed following the ethical standards as laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was granted by the Research Ethical Committee at The AIDS Support Organisation Research Ethical Committee (Reference number: TASO-REC/066/19-UG-REC-009). Informed and signed consent were obtained individually from the pregnant women in the antenatal clinic.
