: We obtained ethical approval (COOUTH/CMAC/ETH.C/Vol.1/FN:04/175) from the ethical review board of the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Teaching Hospital-Amaku, Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria. A consent form was given to all participants to study (a version of the consent form was translated to in Igbo language for participants who do not proficient in English language), all participants questions were fully addressed. Only participants who provided informed consent in form of signed or thumb printed on consent forms were included in the study.
