: The completion of this study adhered to the Helsinki Declaration. Furthermore, the study was approved by the Research & Innovation Organisation, University of Southern Denmark (notification no. 11.136) to collect and process personal information prior to data generation. All participants in the interviews received written and verbal information about the study aim, that participation was voluntary and that their information would be used for research purposes only and treated with confidentiality prior to the interviews. By participating, participants provided informed consent for their data to be used for research purposes. The data from the observations and documents were handled confidentially and with caution to protect sensitive information that could negatively affect the individuals' work situation. Due to the nature of the project, as publicly known through the partners' websites, pseudonymization was challenging, as we found the different actors’ positions within the organisations important. We, therefore, refer to broader categories of positions to maintain confidentiality. We have furthermore scrutinized all excerpts to make sure that no participants would feel exploited.
