: The study obtained ethical and administrative approvals from the institutional review committee of the Institute of Medicine, Tribhuvan University (Ref: 423(6–11) E2 78/79), and the Education section of the Municipality (Ref: 2078/79–173), respectively. Additionally, approvals were obtained from all the school administrations to conduct the survey.
