: The data is freely available in the public domain and survey agencies that conducted the field survey for the data collection have collected prior consent from the respondents. But informed consent was obtained from all study participants in times of surveys, including both illiterate and minor participants. The local ethics committee of the International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS), Mumbai, ruled that no ethical approval was required for conducting the present research study from this data source. All methods used in this study were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
