: This modelling study utilised secondary data from Estonian National Mental Health Study, which had been approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the National Institute for Health Development, Estonia (decisions no. 554 of November 27, 2020, no. 612 of January 21, 2021, no. 700 of March 31, 2021, no. 817 of August 6, 2021, and no. 931 of October 28, 2021).
