: Ethical approval for the study was obtained from Tanzania National Institute for Medical Research (NIMR) through their National Health Research Ethics Committee (NaTHREC) of Tanzania (reference #: NIMR/HQ/R.8a/Vol.IX/4058) on 25 th July, 2022, and the Helsinki Declaration was adhered to throughout the study. Participants were asked to willingly and anonymously participate in the survey, providing electronic informed consent and having the flexibility to withdraw from the survey at their convenience. The approval of the study protocol is granted by University of Dar es Salaam, and local government authority Permission for data collection will be requested from Dodoma Regional Administrative Secretary (RAS) and District Executive Directors (DED).
