: This secondary analysis of de-identified demographic data was approved by the McGill University Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences Research Ethics Board (study number 22-03-077) and conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The six studies that collected primary data analyzed in this report were each approved by one or more Research Ethics Board or Institutional Review Board of a Canadian institution, as previously reported.
