: All methods were carried out following relevant guidelines and regulations (Helsinki Declaration of Ethical Principles for Medical Research. Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of the faculty of medical sciences at Tarbiat Modares University (IR.MODARES.REC.1403.041). Data collection was carried out with a questionnaire after informed consent was obtained from participants who were eligible and who volunteered to participate in the study.
