: This study was a part of the HHS project, which has received a favorable statement from the Research Ethics Committee of the University of Helsinki’s Faculty of Medicine (November 30, 1998; updated February 14, 2017) and the health authorities of the City of Helsinki (February 3, 2000; updated June 8, 2023). The qualitative extension of the HHS received permission from the City of Helsinki (June 21, 2023) and a favorable statement from the University of Helsinki’s Research Ethics Committee in the Humanities and Social and Behavioral Sciences (February 14, 2023). The study was conducted in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration. The study followed the good scientific practice and ethical principles defined by the Finnish National Board on Research Integrity TENK [, ].
