: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and obtained ethical approval from the Makerere University School of Public Health Research Ethics Committee (MakSPH-REC) under protocol number 195 on May 25, 2023. Administrative clearance was obtained from the Wakiso District Health Office and the management of Wakiso Health Center IV to access the electronic dataset. The study retrospectively analysed anonymised data, extracted by data managers from the facility without any interaction with the study team. The Makerere University School of Public Health Research Ethics Committee provided a waiver of informed consent for this work.
