:
: The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical guidelines in the Declaration of Helsinki. For all team-internal processes during the development of the logic model, no ethics approval was required, as they used literature reviews and reflections within the team. For the workshops with the advisory group, we obtained a waiver from the Ethics Committee of the Medical Faculty at LMU Munich (Ethikkommission an der Medizinischen Fakultät an der LMU München), which confirmed that no ethics approval was required (22–0910). As all data during the workshops with the advisory group was collected anonymously, according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union, participants did not have to provide informed consent before participating. Members of the advisory group were, however, informed about the objectives and the procedure of the workshops before each event. Following this provision of information, they could decide whether they wanted to participate or not.
