: The Research Ethical Committee approval of the Faculty of Medicine, ASU, was obtained (FMASU R60/2024). Informed consent from all participants sharing in either the qualitative or quantitative parts of the study was obtained, assuring confidentiality of data before taking part in the in-depth interview or online survey. Completion of the online questionnaire was considered as approval to participate in the study. The questionnaire was introduced as confidential and anonymous, and no specific data could identify the responder. Permission for in-depth interview recording was obtained from all participants. All procedures performed adhered to the ethical standards set by the institutional research committee and according to the Helsinki Declaration of 2024.
