: The Constances cohort study received ethics approval from the Institutional Review Board of the French Institute of Health and Medical Research (Inserm) (Opinion n°01–011 and n°21–842) and was authorized by the French Data Protection Authority (“Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés”, CNIL) (Authorization #910486). All volunteers provided informed written consent for their participation in Constances and, where applicable, for inclusion in the biobank.
