: For this study was obtained from the Research Ethics Committee at the Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University (Ref. No. P [0570]). An official letter was subsequently issued to the administration of the Mansoura Oncology Center to obtain permission for data collection. All procedures involving human participants were conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional research committee and the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki (1964) and its subsequent amendments. Verbal informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to their inclusion in the study. Participants were fully informed about the study’s objectives, procedures, and their rights, including the right to withdraw at any time without any negative consequences. Confidentiality and anonymity were strictly maintained throughout the research process. The collected data were used solely for the purposes of this study and may be included in future publications or educational materials, with no identifying information disclosed.
