: This study utilized anonymized data that is publicly available and accessible through the Demographic and Health Survey (DHS) website (). Approval was obtained from the DHS to access and use the dataset for this study (no. 2024-11-29). The 2017 TjDHS received ethical approval from the Institutional Review Board of ICF International in the United States. This study adhered to the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. ICF International ensured that the survey complied with U.S. Department of Health and Human Services regulations for the protection of human subjects.
