: This research project was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The study protocol was approved by the National Health Research Ethics Committee in Lesotho (ID 61–2024; approval for the survey on March 1 st, 2024; approval for the amendment defining in more detail the qualitative part on April 8th, 2024), including the request for a waiver of parental consent for survey participants aged 15–18 years of age. All participants, for both quantitative and qualitative components, provided prior written informed consent.
