This approval indicates that our study adhered to the National Code of Ethics for Research in the Social and Behavioural Sciences involving Human Participants, developed by the National Ethics Council for Social and Behavioural Sciences in the Netherlands. All methods were conducted in accordance with the ethical guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki. Parents and legal guardians of adolescents participating in this study were asked for passive informed consent and adolescents themselves were asked for active informed consent before the start of the study.
