: Ethical approval was obtained from the Human Research Ethics Committee at the Shiraz medical University of Medical Sciences (IR.SUMS.SCHEANUT.REC.1402.103). There was an emphasis on maintaining privacy in keeping and delivering the information accurately without mentioning the names of the participants.
