The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of the Medical Faculty, Heidelberg University [S-293/2019] and by the Ethics Committee of the Centre de Recherche en Santé de Nouna (CRSN) [Number: 2020-3-039]. Before FGDs took place participants were given a participant information sheet to read or were read the information sheet which detailed the purpose of the study and our intentions for the outcomes of the research.
