: This study was conducted in full accordance with the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was granted by the Ethical Review Committee of the College of Health Sciences and Specialized Referral Hospital at Aksum University (Ref: 037/2024). Additionally, a support letter (Ref: 26/AA/Ad/8832) was obtained from the Public Servants’ Social Security Administration, Addis Ababa Region Office, to facilitate data collection.Before data collection, data collectors were introduced to onsite healthcare practitioners. The study’s purpose was clearly explained to potential participants in the local language, and informed oral consent was obtained. To ensure confidentiality and minimize bias, interviews were conducted in private settings. Participants were assured that their information would remain anonymous and used solely for research purposes. Moreover, any participant exhibiting clinically significant distress was referred to a nearby health facility for further evaluation and care.
