: This study was conducted by the Declaration of Helsinki by keeping privacy, consent, and appropriate reporting to those involved in the study. An ethical clearance letter was obtained from the Ethical Review Committee of the University of Gondar with the reference number S/N185/2015. A formal letter was given to Amhara public referral hospital to obtain permission and cooperation. Moreover, written informed consent was obtained from all study subjects, after introducing the purpose of the research using information sheets. Participation was based on the voluntary of each participant. Confidentiality was maintained by avoiding personal identifiers. Additionally, no raw data were provided to anyone other than the investigator.
