: The PURPLE (Pancreatic Cancer: Understanding Routine Practice and Lifting End Results) registry has ethics approval through the Melbourne Health Human Research Ethics Committee (approval number 2016.200) and is registered on the Australia New Zealand Clinical Trials Registry (registration number: ACTRN12617001474347.
