: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki and ethical approval was obtained from the Health Research and Ethics committee of the College of Medicine, University of Lagos (CMUL/HREC/05/23/1177), and permission from the Lagos State Ministry of Health and the Lagos State Primary Health Care Board. We obtained written informed consent from each participant prior to inclusion in the study. Participants were informed of their right to withdraw at any time without any consequences. Confidentiality was maintained by de-identifying transcripts, employing identification codes and all data collected were securely stored and anonymized to protect participants’ privacy.
