: This case study was conducted as a part of the graduation requirement of PHP 667 Graduate Practicum in Master of Public Health at Falk College Department of Public Health, Syracuse University for three students (KA, LA, and TH), who are co-authors on this article. Syracuse University public health faculty have a long-standing partnership with IDMAJ Foundation for Development, Casablanca, Morocco, which requested the students’ assistance with this program evaluation. It followed the Syracuse University Institutional Review Board (IRB) guidelines that course related student projects involving human participants are exempt if the projects include only deidentified program-level data. The study was also approved by the IDMAJ Foundation for Development board of directors. The data collection for this study complied with this mandate by not including any individual identifiable private information. In the semi-structured discussions, IDMAJ staff members who are also co-investigators provided oral informed consent to the interviewees. The semi-structured interviews addressed program history, accomplishments, and challenges. It did not include personally identifiable information.
