: The Community Health Survey (CHS) is a standardized health indicator survey conducted annually by public health centers nationwide since 2008. It is legally grounded in Article 4 (Community Health Status Surveys) of the Regional Public Health Act and Article 2 of its Enforcement Decree. Act. For access to the raw data, a research utilization plan was submitted to the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA) and approval was obtained. The study complied with the KDCA's regulations on the disclosure and use of raw data. The CHS is conducted by the KDCA and targets individuals aged 19Â years and older in selected households. The survey employs a structured face-to-face interview process using electronic questionnaires on tablet PCs. Prior to the survey, selected households receive an introductory guide explaining the purpose and procedure of the CHS. Upon visiting the households, surveyors provide a detailed explanation of the survey and obtain written informed consent from all participants. Additionally, a household representative completes a household survey, after which participants receive a small gift and sign an acknowledgment receipt. The dataset used in this study is anonymized and does not contain any information that can identify individuals or organizations. The survey adheres to the Personal Information Protection Act and the Statistics. This process is thoroughly documented on the official CHS website, which can be accessed at the following link: .
