: Ethical approval for this study was sought from Universitas Padjadjaran Research Ethics Committee. Permission to collect data was obtained from the Provincial and District/City Health Offices at six research locations. Prior to participation, written informed consent was sought, and involvement was entirely voluntary. The collected data were exclusively utilized for this study, and participants were informed about the potential publication of the study results. To ensure clarity, the data collection tool (questionnaire) was used in Indonesian and then translated back to English for publication purposes.
