: Before conducting the study, ethical approval was obtained from Hacettepe University Ethics Committee (date: 25.07.2023). Additionally, permission to conduct the study at Eskişehir 1st and 2nd Open Penal Institutions was granted by the General Directorate of Prisons and Detention Centers, Ministry of Justice. Written and verbal informed consent was obtained from all prisoners who agreed to participate. Moreover, permission to use the scales in this study was obtained from their respective authors.
