: Participants were informed about the study in the invitation letter, which also included a brief description of the survey and the use of data, but written approval to participate was not requested. Instead, returning the self-administered questionnaire was interpreted as consent to participate. The study was approved by an Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare in 2018 (THL/1563/6.02.01/2018) and 2022 (THL/3165/6.02.01/2022).
