The Research and Ethics Committee of College of Nursing at Sultan Qaboos University, Muscat, Oman, reviewed and approved the study (approval number: CON/GP/2022/19). In addition, permission was obtained from the deanship of registration at the selected universities and from the office of deputy vice-chancellor for postgraduate studies and research at Sultan Qaboos University.
