: The study is in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration's ethical research principles, privacy legislation and in accordance with the research institution's regulations. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants, and all personal information was de-identified during the transcription. The study has been submitted, and approved by Sikt, formerly NSD (Norwegian Center of Research Data). Sikt provides guidelines for privacy services in research, local to Norway. Sikt states that the processing of personal data in the study is lawful if it is carried out as stated in the notification form, based on following legal basis: Consent and Explicit consent. (Ref. no. 807146). Since the study is based on informed consent and does not include any sensitive information about the participants is it deemed unnecessary according to national regulations that the study is approved by REK (The Norwegian National Research Ethics Committees).
